distinguished basketball coach, Phil Jackson is credited with the highest winning percentage as an NBA coach. He has been conferred with the title of being one of the 10 greatest coaches in league history and is also the only coach in basketball history to win a total of at least ten championships in the major professional sports of North America.

This Basketball Hall of Fame inductee is recipient of numerous awards and laurels including the Roughrider Award and the Amos Alonzo Stagg Coaching Award. Popularly nicknamed, Zen Master, Jackson is known to have used powerful motivational techniques inspired by eastern philosophy to coach his players. He has been the head coach for the Chicago Bulls and led the team to six NBA titles.

He later went on to coach the Los Angeles Lakers until his retirement. The only advice that Jackson rendered to his players was to use the power of the mind during a challenging match.
